  11. ledger, and file maintenance. It is possible to restrict access to any of these
  12. areas. The office Management system includes facilities for patient
  13. registration, appointments, daily transactions, word processing and the
  14. printing of statements, superbills, and insurance forms. The General Ledger is
  15. fully integrated and automatically updated daily. The File Maintenance Section
  16. provides for the customization and selection of many options in the system to
  17. fit the individual practice's speciality. Electronic billing and Inventory
  18. System modules are also available.
